  3. Properly completed Application form ID 1003A
  4. Invitation letter from Hong Kong along with the completed ID 1003B
  5. Copy of the detail page of the passport and the endorsements (if any)
  6. Visa Request letter (from the applicant)
  7. Leave approval letter (if the applicant working) along with last 03 months salary slips
  8. Last 03 months bank statements or Original savings books with copies (With Credit Balance)
  9. The travel itinerary letter (from the travel agent)
  10. Other supporting documents requested by the visa officer
  1. Passport
  2. 01 Passport size color photograph taken within 06 months
  3. Properly completed Application form
  4. Application form ID 1003B – Original Form/Should be typed
  5. Invitation / Sponsor letter from Hong Kong
  6. Copy of the detail page of the passport and the endorsements (if any)

  8. Copy of the Business Registration Certificate
  9. Last 03 Months bank statements (local company with credit Balance
  10. Applicant’s last 03 months salary slips
  11. The Travel Itinerary letter (from the travel agent)
  12. Other supporting documents requested by the visa officer
  1. Application form ID 1003B – Original Form/Should be typed (Completed by the sponsor in Hong Kong – can be download from www.immd.gov.hk )
  2. Passport (Should be valid for more than six months from the intended date of entry in to Hong Kong with at least 02 blank pages for visa)
